This recipe is simple so this blog post will be as well.
Here is what you need:
- Salmon Steaks
- Apricot Jam
- Rice
- Kale
- Garlic
- Salt
- Lemon Juice
- Garbanzo Beans
Here is what you do:
- Preheat the oven to 425
- Boil water for rice.
- Add rice (may take 5-40 minutes to cook depending on the type of rice you make)
- Season the salmon steaks with lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Saute kale with 2 tablespoons of garlic and add salt and pepper.
- Once kale is soft add garbanzo beans (drain them first please :))
Take your apricot jam and whip it until it isn’t chunky any more (I use a simple fork).
Put it all together 🙂
